Peanut Butter Sheet Cake |
I asked her if I could share the recipe with you, so here it is:
Peanut Butter Sheet Cake
2 C all purpose flour
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ C sour milk (add 1 Tbsp vinegar in ½ C milk)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Bring to a boil 2 sticks butter, 1 C water, 1 C creamy peanut butter----Pour over the above ingredients----mix and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
Frosting
1 stick butter
1/3 C sour milk (add 1 tsp vinegar to 1/3 C milk)
½ C creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
Bring to boil and remove from heat then add 1 pound powdered sugar (approx 3 Cups)
Pour over cake while mixture is still hot
Use a 15x10x1 pan
